RoboTraffic

International competition RoboTraffic was initiated byTechnion University (Israel) in 2010. Every year ORT students from many countries participate in it. The aim of the competition is attracting students to study robotics and electronics, creation and programming of robotic systems, promotion of scientific and technical creativity of students. The vision is to teach safer driving through robotic competition and provide early education in traffic laws and the physical limitations of vehicles and drivers, and to create ways to make the road "smarter" in order to reduce the unacceptably high accident rate for youngsters (and adults).
