Educational Centre "ORT-Menora"

Educational Centre "ORT-Menora" started its work in November 2013 in the premises of the Jewish cultural and business center “Menorah” in Dnepropetrovsk. This is a non-profit educational institution that provides educational services in the up-to-date IT-sphere. Educational Centre “ORT-Menorah” possesses two departments: programming department and computer graphics department.

New courses and educational programs have been introduced and run regularly in both departments.

Teachers employed in the Center are practicing programmers, developers and designers with a wide experience in their field.

Today Educational Centre "ORT-Menora"is oriented at:

• Training of the adult population in the sphere of information technology;
• Training of the adult population to use information and communication technologies in various areas of professional activity;
• Training and certification of  Microsoft Corporation Office Specialist (MOS) and Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA);
• CISCO training and certification «IT Essentials: PC Hardware and Software» (Fundamentals of IT: hardware and software PC);
• Certification program for ECDL (European Computer Driving License). Confirmation of practical skills and competencies on work with computer in accordance with European norms and standards.
