Congratulations to the winners of the Third Ukrainian students Olympiad on Hebrew and Jewish literature

The Third all-Ukrainian students Olympiad on Hebrew and Jewish literaturetook place on March 27-29, 2017 in Dnipro.

The final,4th stage of the Olympiad was held at the International Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute "Beit Hana». It was attended by 17 students from six regions of Ukraine and Kiev. The item of the competition consisted of three parts, two of which were on Hebrew, and the other - on the literature.

The final of the competition and awarding the  winners was held in "Dnipro - Menora". Among the guests of the ceremony were Chief Rabbi of Dnipro and the region Shmuel Kaminetski,  president of the International Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute "Beit Chana”  Rabbi Zvi Meir Stambler and Director of the Ukrainian Institute for Holocaust Studies "Tkuma" and the museum"  Memory of the Jewish people and the Holocaust in Ukraine" - Igor Shchupak. These events were held under the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.

Congratulations to our winners !

In the "9th grade"category:
I place - Tatiana Shcherbak, Chernivtsi "ORT» school ¹41;

In the "10th grade" category:
III place - Alexandra Nazarenko, Dnepropetrovsk Levi-Yitzhak Schneerson Jewish school ¹144;

In the "11th grade" category:
III place - Christina Bodnaryuk, Chernivtsi "ORT” school ¹41;
I place - Daniela Brez, Dnepropetrovsk Levi-Yitzchak Schneerson Jewish school ¹144.

 

All the winners received a state diplomas, and many gifts from the Institute “Beit Hana”, Ukrainian Center for Holocaust Studies "Tkuma", University of Nobel, the National Mining University and other organizations.
