We congratulate Svitlana Vasilchenko - Teacher of Informatics and Technology of Zaporozhie Gymnasium “ORT-Alef” with the winning of World ORT Excellence Award in the nomination "Teaching of Technology, Informatics and ICT"!

28 years Mrs. Vasilchenko is working for the benefit of Ukraine's education. She holds the title of the teacher-methodologist of the highest category, is a prize-winner of the regional stage of the All-Ukrainian contest "Teacher of the Year 2002", is awarded with the honorary title "Excellent in Education of Ukraine". And now, she has received recognition of her three-year work at the ORT-Alef Gymnasium.

Svetlana is very grateful to ORT for the opportunity to develop constantly, to increase the professional level, and believes that "ORT provides a lot of resources, pushing for the development of all the new, creates in school all the conditions for the introduction of new technologies, provides a perspective and an opportunity to keep pace with time . Subject “Technology” is quite new in our country, so there are a lot of difficulties, but they all are solved through ORT seminars, courses and communication with colleagues".
